The mission of The Council on Interdisciplinary Advancement (TCOIA) is to bring together experienced professionals from different disciplines to share ideas, insights, opportunities, and practical lessons that help professionals plan their careers while thinking more broadly about their work and the evolving professional landscape.

The organization promotes cross-disciplinary thinking: the belief that meaningful innovation and better decision-making often happen when insights from different industries, professions, and life experiences intersect. TCOIA creates a platform for members to publish ideas, highlight expertise, and share perspectives that can help others navigate change and growth in their fields.

AI Automation, downsizing, and strategy pivots often leave employees and business owners vulnerable and in situations where it is difficult to procure new opportunities.

TCOIA is dedicated to fostering a networking and mentoring community where professionals engage in strategic collaboration and expert-led discourse to achieve shared, transformative career milestones. TCOIA members also help one another through introductions, facilitation of job interviews, and negotiations to assist with transitioning jobs, sectors, industries, and even negotiating with employers and policy makers on the behalf of members.
